Last updated: March 20, 2026
Connect your AI assistant to Onyx and work with your CRM data using natural language. Run reports, manage operations, update policies, and get answers about the platform — all from a conversation.
What you can do
Analytics & Reporting — Run reports on call volume, marketing spend, agent performance, conversion rates, and other business metrics.
"What's our call-to-policy conversion rate trending like?"
"How do our call volumes compare to last month?"
"Which carriers have the highest retention rate?"
"Which Inbound Campaigns have the highest cost per acquisition?"
"Which Campaign Sources have the best Lead quality with the highest policy sale conversion?"
"What's the average handle time by disposition?"
Operations & Administration — Manage call caps, agent levels, phone numbers, policies, and user accounts.
"How do I assign a calls cap to an Agent?"
"Which users haven't logged in recently?"
"Are any Agent licenses expiring soon?"
Platform Help — Get answers about Onyx features and configuration without leaving your AI assistant.
"How do I create a new Campaign?"
"How do I merge duplicate policies?"

Permissions
The connector uses your existing Onyx login. You can only access data and perform actions that your role allows — the same access you have in the Onyx app.
Troubleshooting
I'm getting a sign-in errorMake sure you're using the same credentials you use to log into Onyx. If you've recently changed your password, try removing and re-adding the connector.
I can't access certain featuresThe connector respects your Onyx role and permissions. If something isn't available, check with your Onyx administrator that your role has the required access.
My question didn't return resultsTry rephrasing your question or being more specific. For example, instead of "show me data" try "what was our call volume last week by source?"
